POLICY

NEW CLIENT POLICY

At the time of booking your first appointment, we require your credit card details in order to secure your booking. Your credit card details will strictly be stored securely on our system and will only be used for late cancellations and no show appointments. 

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel your appointment. All appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours or are a no show will incur a $50 fee with the credit card details stored in our system. This payment will need to be paid prior to rebooking another appointment with us. 

CANCELLATION LIST

We try our best to accommodate all clients. Thursday evenings and Saturdays are our busiest days so we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment however we do have a 'cancellation list' and if an appointment does become available, we will contact you.

COLOUR CORRECTION/HAIR EXTENSIONS POLICY

Prior to scheduling an appointment for colour corrections and hair extensions, we require a complimentary, no obligation consultation. A non refundable deposit is required to book your colour correction or hair extension appointment.
